Poor Customer Support
Received Black & Decker RC516 Rice Cooker & Steamer for a white elephant gift. Opened box and found steaming basket & rice measure items were missing. Contacted customer support and was told we needed proof of purchase before missing items could be replaced. Purchase receipt was not provided with gift.

Returning after one use
This rice cooker worked one time. The second time the control switch wouldn’t stay down, finally did but then the cook and the warm light both went out.

It didn't come with rice scoop. The directions are somewhat confusing and not enough directions or tips.
