Tropical Smoothie and Popsicles

Ingredients

2 oranges peeled and chopped

1 banana, ripe (can use frozen banana)

½ cup coconut water or plain water or nut milk of choice

½ cup frozen pineapple chunks

¼ cup frozen mango
-
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
-
1-2 tsp honey (optional)

¼ cup ice
Directions
Place everything into the blender. Press the preset smoothie button and let it run.
Once the blender stops pour into 2 glasses and drink. Or you can pour the smoothie into popsicle molds of your choice. Put them in the freezer for about 4 hours or until firm. Enjoy!
