Tasty Tuscan Soup With Kale

Ingredients

2 cans (15 oz. each) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

2 cans (14 oz. each) chicken broth

1/4 Parmesan cheese

6 cups loosely packed chopped fresh kale

1 medium onion, choppped

1 lb Italian Sausage, sliced into coin sized pieces

2 cans (14 oz. each) diced tomatoes
Directions
Place Italian sausage and onion into the cooking bowl. Press the SAUTE button. Cook and stir 8 to 10 minutes or until meat is cooked and onion is tender. Remove bowl from base; discard drippings from pan.
Add remaining ingredients to cooking bowl; stir to combine.
Cook, covered on SLOW COOK setting 5 to 6 hours.
