Ingredients

1 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 green pepper, chopped

1/2 cup ketchup

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1/2 white onion, chopped

1 jar (32 oz) sauerkraut, drained, not washed

1 lb Italian Sausage links

1 can (14.5 oz) whole tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup water
Directions
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat and lightly fry the sausage, green pepper, and onion until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
Place the sausage, pepper, and onion in the slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours.
