Ingredients

2 (1 lb.) pkgs. refrigerated, cubed potatoes

4 cups chicken broth

1 can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 pkg. (3 oz.) bacon bits
-
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Chives (optional)
Directions
Place potatoes, chicken broth, soup and bacon bits into slow cooker. Cook on LOW 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Add cream cheese 1 hour before serving, stirring until melted.
Stir in shredded cheese and sprinkle on some chives (optional) before serving.
Recipe Note
Tip: Use HIGH heat setting and cook 4 hours.
