2 cups rolled oats (you may use quick-cooking oats; do not substitute instant)

Pinch kosher salt (optional)
Directions
Place the oats and salt, if using, in the blender and select auto 4. Remove and store in a tightly-sealed container until use. Makes about 2 cups.
Recipe Note
*Oats are gluten-free, however rolled oats are sometimes cross-contaminated by wheat or rye. If you are allergic to gluten, check the oats to ensure they are certified gluten-free.
