Mint Shake for St. Patrick’s Day

Ingredients

1 pint mint ice cream (about 2 cups)

¼ cup half-and-half

½-1 tsp. peppermint extract (Adjust the amount depending on taste preferences.)

½ tsp. vanilla extract

3-4 drops of green food coloring

Whipped cream and green decorating sugar or chocolate sprinkles for garnish
Directions
Blend the ice cream, half-and-half, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and food coloring in a blender until smooth. (TIP: If using the BLACK+DECKER™ Quiet Blender, just press the Shake button for an easy, pre-programmed blend.)
Pour mixture into one or two glasses and garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles or green decorating sugar.
Recipe Note
Note: To make this an adult shake, add ¼ cup Irish cream liqueur and 1-2 Tbsp. crème de menthe liqueur before blending.
