Ingredients

3 Tbsp Brown Sugar

3 Medium fuji Apples, diced

1 1/2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

1 Tbsp Grated Ginger

2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

5 Tbsp Soy Sauce

3.5 Lbs Top Sirloin, thinly sliced
Directions
Place the beef slices in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a blender or food processor, add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour over the beef and place the lid on the slow cooker.
Cook for 3 hours on high, or until beef is tender.
Turn into tacos or burritos for an easy weeknight dinner.
