Ingredients

3 cups raw cashews, unsalted

Pinch kosher salt (optional)

6 to 10 tablespoons canola oil, as needed
Directions
Place the cashews, salt and 6 tablespoons oil in the blender. Select Auto 2. Scrape down the sides of the blender and pulse to blend, adding more oil, if a smoother consistency is desired. Add up to 2 tablespoons of oil, as desired.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator until use.
