Ingredients

1/4 cup flour

2 Tbsp. sugar

1/4 tsp. baking powder

1/8 tsp. baking soda

1/8 tsp. salt

2 Tbsp. applesauce

2 Tbsp. milk

1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1/4 tsp. vanilla
-
2 Tbsp. chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat toaster oven to 375°F.
Combine dry ingredients in small bowl.
Mix together applesauce, milk, oil and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spoon batter into a greased, oven safe coffee mug.
Bake 15 to 17 min. or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. For 2 servings, divide batter between 2 greased ramekins and bake as directed.
