Ingredients

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cucumber, peeled, quartered

1 clove garlic, peeled

1 cup garlic butter croutons for garnish

1 green pepper, cored, cut in chunks

1 jalapeño pepper, cored, seeded, cut in half

½ teaspoon salt

3 cups spicy tomato vegetable juice

2 large ripe tomatoes, cored, seeded, cut in half

½ small white onion, peeled, quartered

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Place all ingredients into the blender jar, except the croutons, and select auto 1. Adjust seasonings, if needed, and chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Add croutons to each serving for garnish.
Recipe Note
Cook's Hint: If you prefer a chunky-style soup, reserve some of the chopped vegetables and add just before serving. For a heartier soup, add chilled cooked shrimp just before serving.
