Ingredients

15oz Container Cottage Cheese

1 tsp Dried Basil

2 Eggs

7oz Package Shredded Mozzarella

1 tsp Dried Oregano

Salt and Pepper to Taste

6oz Package Shredded Parmesan

24oz Pasta Sauce

1 Medium Yellow Squash, sliced 1/8" thick

16oz uncooked Ziti
-
1 Medium Zucchini, sliced 1/8" thick
Directions
In a small bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, basil, oregano and salt and pepper.
Grease the slow cooker with cooking spray and pour 2 cups pasta sauce into the bottom.
Layer 1/3 of the pasta and 1/3 squash slices. Dollop 1/3 of the cottage cheese mixture on top, and top with ¾ cup mozzarella and ¾ cup parmesan.
Repeat with two more layers, ending with cheese.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 3-4 hour on high, or until pasta is al dente.
Serve with a side of garlic bread.
