Ingredients

2 Lbs Chicken Breast Tenders, about 16 tenders

1 Tbsp Fish Sauce

2 Tbsp Grated Ginger

1 Tbsp Hoisin

2 Tbsp Lime Juice

2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

1 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced

3 Tbsp Rice Vinegar

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Sugar
Directions
Place the chicken tenders in the bottom of the slow cooker. Lay the onion slices on top.
In a small bowl mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the chicken and onions.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 4 hours on low or 2 hours on high, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve with rice or quinoa.
