2 medium apples, chopped

3 cups steel cut oats

3 Tbsp. butter

4 cups water

1 1/2 cups half and half

1/3 cup maple syrup

2/3 cup brown sugar
Directions
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir to combine.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook for 7-8 hours on low, or until apples are tender.
Stir and serve with milk, if desired.
